HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our team makes strives to get your orders out as soon as possible! Processing time for all orders is typically between 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that includes the tracking information when your item(s) have been shipped. You should be able to track your order directly on the carriers website by inputting the tracking number provided to you. Please allow 5-7 business days for receiving once your item(s) have been shipped.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, Returns accepted within 10 days of the delivery date for store credit or exchange of equal value or less only. Any remaining funds from accepted returns will be applied to the next purchase. All item(s) being returned must be in new condition no exceptions. House de la Chic LLC reserves the right to either accept or reject a return.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?

No, once an order has been submitted it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please be sure to double check the size, address etc. is correct prior to placing your order.

HOW DOES A PREORDER WORK?

Preorders are orders placed and paid for prior to the item(s) being physically available and/or stocked for immediate processing and shipping. All preorders will have an estimated shipping date, this will be the approximate date that your order will ship to you.
